EcoGuardia Weekends

As part of our ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship, Guardia Viva!, in cooperation with the Plastic Free association and the Comune di Guardia Sanframondi, hosts a series of educational events at local schools. These age-appropriate sessions aim to raise awareness among students about the importance of protecting the environment and preventing future ecological disasters. Representatives from Plastic Free share practical guidance on reducing plastic use, properly separating waste, and making more sustainable choices. The ultimate goal—to transform our schools into Plastic Free spaces and empower a new generation to care deeply for the planet.

We also proudly organize Community Clean-Up Days, bringing together residents, families, and volunteers to beautify and restore public areas throughout Guardia. From clearing pathways and removing litter to refreshing communal spaces, the events are a celebration of collective care and civic pride—demonstrating that positive change begins at home, and with each of us.
