Abbiamo ricevuto ottimi riscontri, sia su Facebook che tramite messaggi privati che parlava del potenziale del nostro centro storico. È chiaro che molte persone, sia Guardiesi sia stranieri, credono davvero nel suo futuro. Con il censimento di Via Filippo Maria Guidi quasi completato, il programma delle case a 1 euro in fase di sviluppo e il lancio del gruppo online “Historic Homes for Sale in Guardia Sanframondi, Italy”, siamo pronti a guardare oltre questi primi passi ed a immaginare insieme una visione più ampia e di lungo periodo.

Quest’anno abbiamo già visto diverse nuove famiglie ed investitori a Guardia, e con un po’ di impegno questo può diventare una tendenza positiva per il futuro.

Per questo motivo, vorremmo proporre un incontro aperto a questa comunità per parlare di un orizzonte di cinque anni: cosa sogniamo per il centro storico e quali passi concreti possiamo intraprendere. L’incontro si terrà a La Vittoria venerdì 5 dicembre alle 19:00 e sarà il primo di una piccola serie di incontri: il primo solo per ascoltare tutte le idee, i successivi per trasformarle in un piano condiviso.

We received great feedback, both on Facebook and in private messages that talked about the potential of our historic center. It’s clear that many people, both Guardiesi and foreigners, truly believe in its future. With the census of Via Filippo Maria Guidi almost complete, the €1 home program coming together, and the launch of the online group “Historic Homes for Sale in Guardia Sanframondi, Italy”, we’re ready to look beyond these first steps and begin imagining a broader, longer-term vision together.

This year we’ve already seen several new buyers and investors in Guardia, and with a bit of effort, this could become a positive trend for the future.

For this reason, we’d like to propose an open meeting for this community to talk about a five-year horizon: what we dream for the centro storico and what concrete steps we can take. The meeting will take place at La Vittoria on Friday, December 5 at 7 PM and will be the first in a small series of gatherings: the first simply to listen to everyone’s ideas, and the following ones to shape them into a shared plan.
