Learning Italian, Together
Beginner Online Italian Course
This fall, Guardia Viva was proud to launch a special series of virtual Italian lessons created exclusively for the Guardia Sanframondi community. Designed for those who want to deepen their connection to Italy — whether for daily life, future plans, or personal enrichment — the course brought together a small, motivated group of learners from different backgrounds, united by a shared love of language and place.
About the Course
The program consisted of eight live, 90-minute lessons held on Zoom, beginning October 22. Classes were led by Elena, a certified Italian teacher with extensive experience — including administering B1 certification exams — which added both professionalism and confidence for participants.
With a deliberately limited group size, the lessons allowed for meaningful interaction, personalized attention, and plenty of opportunity to practice speaking. All materials were included, making it easy for students to focus fully on learning.
What Made It Special
Participants especially appreciated:
The small class size, which encouraged conversation and questions
Elena’s clear, supportive teaching style and deep knowledge of the language
Practical Italian that can be used in real-life situations
The sense of community that developed among students over the eight sessions
For many, the course felt like more than a language class — it was another way to feel closer to Guardia Sanframondi and more confident engaging with Italian culture.
Looking Ahead
The strong interest and positive response to this first series confirmed the value of offering tailored educational experiences for our community. Guardia Viva looks forward to exploring future language courses and similar initiatives that help bridge cultures, build skills, and strengthen ties to Guardia Sanframondi.
